Following it to your own pace, this itinerary will charm you with its calm and diversity of landscapes. You will cycle dozens of kilometers without seeing any car. All along your journey, you will stop in little warm hotels and selected restaurants, renowned for the quality of their cuisine of regional spirit.

Day 1 : REDON.
Arrival in Redon.
At the gate of the Gulf of Morbihan, Redon is the entrance point of your journey in central Bretagne. Start your cycling holidays along the old banks and bridges and take time to admire the ancient shipowner's houses.

Day 2 : THE OUST VALLEY AND MALESTROIT : 46 km.
North from Redon the Oust valley is a marvellous natural site : canal and rivers surround it until Malestroit, the so-called "pearl of the Oust". Discover this charming town.

Day 3 : JOSSELIN AND THE CASTLE OF THE ROHAN : 41 Km.
After a few kilometers the medieval city of Josselin welcomes you. The impressive castel is the witness of Brittany's history. Take a stroll in the old center with wooden houses.

Day 4 : LAKE OF GUERLEDAN : 55 Km.
Continue to Napoléonville (Pontivy) and discover its castel. After a picnic along the Blavet or a lunch in a crêperie, you are ready to reach the lake of Guerledan in the late afternoon.

Day 5: CARHAIX : 60 Km.
First stop this morning at the Bon Repos abbaye, where the rivers Blavet and Daoulas meet. You will stop in Carhaix for the night. This is the capital city of the country of Poher ("lovely country" in britton) and an unmissable cultural centre in Bretagne.

Day 6 : CHÂTEAUNEUF DU FAOU : 45 Km.
You enter now the Finistère and discover its heritage. After a few kilometers, you will cycle along the river Aulne, larger and meandering. You may meet some heron, doe or squirrel early in the morning or some fishermen along the river to Châteauneuf.

Day 7: CHÂTEAULIN : 45 km and return from Quimper to Redon in train.
Breakfast. Last little circuit to discover the pays Bigouden. Return to the hotel in Redon. End of our services.
