Day 1 : AUDIERNE BAY.
Transfer from the Quimper train station to the hotel : 30 mn.
Etang de Kergalan and Languidou chapel loop: 20 Km (12 miles)

After meeting at the Quimper train station, we shuttle west to our first hotel. Overview of your stay. After your leader fit you to your bike and conduct a brief demonstration of bicycling techniques and safety, you will be ready to set out on your first ride to the Languidou Chapel. Diner and overvight at the hotel.

Day 2 : PONT CROIX ET LE PORT D'AUDIERNE + PENHORS CELTIC FESTIVAL.

Pouldreuzic~Pont Croix ~Audierne : 25 km (16 miles).

Celebrate the Penhors Pardon Festival during the day. This morning you will enjoy coastal cycling along the beautiful bay of Audierne to the pretty little fishing port of Pors Poulhan. After lunch you will head towards the picturesque "small town of character" of Pont Croix. A bridge over the river Goyen flanked by a tidal mill and reached by narrow streets heading up towards a summit crowned with remarkable religious monuments and a market place complete the picture presented today by Pont-Croix, originally a feudal motte and now capital of Le Cap Sizun headland. Diner in a restaurant. Overnight at the hotel. (B, L,D)

Day 3: POINTE DU RAZ.
Option 1 - Audierne~Pointe du Raz~Audierne : 35 Km (22 miles)

Today you will take your bikes towards the "Pointe du Raz". The coastal road along the bay is paved by picturesque little sea ports and outstanding views onto the ocean. You’ll visit the Bay of the Trespassed, « Finis Terra », the end of continental Europe, with its wild and surprising nature. Pic nic lunch, diner on your own in one of the little restaurant of Audierne, overnight at the hotel. (B,L)

Jour 4 : LA VALLEE DU GOYEN ET LA FORÊT DU NEVET.
Mahalon~Le Juch : 35 Km (22 miles).

Pedal through quiet country roads past enchanting breton villages to the Douarnenez Bay. Pic nic lunch of local specialties. Mills, manor houses, little chapels, calvaries and sacred fountains reveal Finistere's past and culture. Diner and overnight in a charming manor house. (B,L,D)

Day 5: LOCRONAN.
Option 1: Saint Anne La Palud~Locronan : 31 Km (19 miles)

In the morning, deep inside the Bay of Douarnenez, you will take the little roads of Porzay to visit the natural site of Trefeuntec which tip offers a unique view point on the Bay. You will head for the small and particular town of Locronan, high place of the druid culture and unrivalled breton architecture. There, you will have full freedom to visit the town and enjoy the local gastronomy for lunch. Diner and overnight at the manor house. (B, D)

Day 6 : FORÊT DU DUC.
Forêt du Duc : 15 Km (10 miles)

This morning you are more than welcome to sleep in and relax over the breakfast. Or if you are not quite ready to bid farewell to your bike, feel free to enjoy a short ride through the tranquil landscape of the Duc Forest and savor your last croissant or pain au chocolat at little café terrasse. Shuttle to Quimper. (B).
